MY BACKGROUND
After becoming a Chartered Certified Accountant, I worked as a business analyst, manager, and operating leader for more than 20 years. I transitioned to leadership and executive coaching in 2015, after I experienced my own case of Leader’s Block and realised I didn’t have any resources to help me out of it. I’m currently based in Singapore with my husband and two children.
MY EXPERIENCE
I’ve worked at the highest levels of MNCs across the world such as P&G, GE and Genpact. I’ve managed over 1,000 people across 8 countries and 5 continents, run a multi-million dollar business vertical, and driven large scale transformation and change projects.
Fun fact: I once headed a team made up of 6 men of 6 different nationalities!
MY QUALIFICATIONS
I’ve coached more than 200 leaders from companies such as Google, PayPal, DHL, Ikea and many more. I’m a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). I am also certified on various leadership assessment tools. My four leaderships courses have reached hundreds of participants. I’ve delivered keynote addresses at prestigious leadership events and participated in international speaking competitions like the Nordic Business Forum’s Speaker’s Contest in 2023.
